There is nothing worse than going around feeling, "less than!" Whether it be:

Less than a mother

Less than a wife

Less than a friend

Less than an employee

Less than a grandma,

Blah, blah, blah ......

These uchy feelings can make us want to sink into the ground, and disappear.

Women are quicker to feel shame and guilt than men. Adolescents are much more prone than adults. One of the terms for adolescents' propensity to feel shame and guilt is "tunnel vision". Chronic illness is just so difficult when it comes to maintaining a positive attitude and outlook!

From Me to U!!!!!!

Hang in there!
