Sick Again?!!!!!! I Apologize For The Blog Going On Snooze Control ............

I had totally forgotten about a dear friend that I grew up with having the sweetest brother that was a few years younger that we were. One day she called to tell me that he had passed away. He was only in his early 30's.

She said that she was embarrassed to share with very many people, the cause of Mike's death. But, she went on to share that he had a surgery, He kept it a secret, but had no one to help care for him. He had checked into a motel, and bled to death.

Mike suffered from a disorder, whereby a person gets addicted to surgeries. In other words, in their mind the problem can never be fixed. When she told me that about Mike, we cried and cried.

The whole reason why I share this sad, sad example is that I feel embarrassed every time that I have another medical problem! My family is so supportive, and in that I am so blessed! But all the adults - in laws, out laws, cousins, grandparents are so darn healthy!

I hate for people to find out that I am having another surgery!!!! But you don't look sick?!!!

I hate choosing to be such a people pleaser!!!!!

Do You want to be liked by everyone?!!!!

At least in my old age, I am such a grumpus at times, that I cannot possibly be a people pleaser!!!!
