Nimo Warobi described how on December 9, 2016, she had to walk away from a job she loved dearly. "I stepped out into the cold at 6:31 PM, walking into the freezing, dark evening leaving behind my beloved career. It was so hard. My world was bleak - depression and pain. I wasn't even quite aware of what I had done.


"In Britain, you are called a "scrounger."


I could barely walk."



YOUR HEALTH IS YOUR WEALTH


This is an example of how imperative it is that we reach out for ourselves to fellow sufferers, but that we also reach out to others that we may cross paths with. It might be in the waiting room at the doctor's office, church, standing in line at the store, online; The opportunities are all over the place.
