It was pretty darn easy to skip thru 2021 as if it never happened, at least for me!!!

As 2022, is zipping right along, how are you? How goes Fibromyalgia and all that other junk that can go along with it?!

I kind of fell off of the turnip truck!

I had shared about having a hip replacement in late August of last year. I had hurriedly planned it so that I would be able to accompany my family on a Colorado vacation!

But the bad news was that I used that as an excuse to cut way back on my physical therapy, thinking I would do it on my own!!! HA HA HA

Anyway, bottom line is that my hip is now way behind the curve ball on where it should be as far as recovery and healing! DARN

So now the ? is, Do I depend on myself to do the exercises and walk consistently?

or, Do I start back in physical therapy? ugh

What has 2021 brought about for you?

Anything has to be better than last year, right?! maybe......

Hope you are successful in finding better and better doctors out there!!!! There are so many wonderful physicians that are so caring and compassionate for those of us who stuggle with all of these mind boggling disorders!!!!!!!
