Pain is out of this world! 🌎

It is so hard to describe the pain of fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, other auto immune diseases! Non sufferers just can't grasp the physical pain, the emotional pain; the other side of the coin, being the shame, guilt, embarrassment .....

What do you do to help with all of this negativity?

I believe that the longer one has to deal with all of this pain, the easier it becomes to handle it, except define pain!!!!! Every situation is different!!!

Each individual attempting the handling of chronic pain cannot often describe their individual situation.

I am blessed to have a good support system! But the stress on supporters at times is hard to measure.
